Abbie Janich

My name is Abbie Janich. I am currently working on completing my undergrad in Integrative Human Health at Purdue Northwest. I have a passion for fitness that started off with six years of gymnastics along with three years of competitive powerlifting. I recently completed a course on Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) and am eager to display my knowledge of it.

I live in Dyer, IN, and graduated from Lake Central High School in 2022. When I am not working or studying, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and working out with my powerlifting team.
