Wellness coaching is not a weight loss program. Weight issues are a symptom or a side effect of a much bigger issue occurring within the body. At Motus Integrative Health, we concentrate on the health and wellness of the individual, and weight loss is considered a bonus.
We live in a fast-paced, high-stress society, and our bodies are overtaxed and struggle to keep up with our daily demands. We survive on too much coffee and not enough sleep. Studies show that high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, adrenal fatigue, thyroid issues, anxiety, and depression are at an all-time high, and yet so is the amount of money we are spending on “healthcare.” How can that be?

At Motus Integrative Health, we spend time discussing all aspects of your life, from diet and exercise to social interactions and stress levels, in order to get the full picture before attempting to help you start making changes to dramatically improve your quality of life. We offer lab work to test for food or chemical sensitivities that may be causing dysfunction within your body, along with other labs to identify underlying issues. We offer accountability and support (and maybe a little tough love)as we peel away the layers until we find the real you that’s been hiding inside all along.
