Glutathione Push

Glutathione Push

Glutathione is the body’s master antioxidant and detoxifier.  It protects the body from cell damage through free radicals, toxins, pollution, and heavy metals.  It also helps with energy production, immunity, healing, and combating a poor diet.

When is a Glutathione Push Used?

If you have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, metal toxicity, poor immunity, stress, infection or antioxidant deficiency, or if you have suffered an injury or physical trauma or burn, a 20-minute session of glutathione infusion can help and is a good investment.

Signs of deficiency include nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and chronic muscle pain or soreness.  There is a shift in the body pH toward acidosis and in more severe cases of deficiency you may experience some neurological issues.

Additional Treatment Options

We may also suggest a Spectracell Micronutrient test to test for various vitamin and nutrient deficiencies such as Glutathione.  If your results come back low or borderline on antioxidants, a twice weekly, 4-6 week program can help. The benefits are worth the time.  Glutathione is a small molecule that is found in every cell and is produced by the body but in ever decreasing amounts in the presence of a poor diet, injury, illness or stress.

The “push protocol” takes 20 minutes and only involves the use of a small butterfly needle less than the size of an ordinary adult blood draw needle.
