At the conclusion of this presentation participants should be able to: Perform a detailed shoulder, hip and knee examination; Use exercise as a regenerative treatment for labral and meniscal tears as well as osteoarthritis; Identify tendinopathies that respond to exercise; Test for symptomatic lumbar anular fissures and shorten the course with exercise.
Demonstrate an understanding of developmental kinesiology and its relationship with pathology of the locomotor system: review theory covered in the A course and introduce more advanced theory, namely the verticalization process.
